Client required a solution to be able to sell their limited-quantity Limited Edition 1499 GT car without customers actually test driving, or even seeing it first. It needed to be an online-only solution.
We decided on a WordPress site that integrated e-Commerce to allow users to pay a booking fee, online. Being a quantity-limited car, there was time constrainsts for the first 40 buyers.
The campaign was split into a “teaser” and “live” phases. The teaser phase was built off a strong social media presence, an existing email database and website sign ups. The live phase was a 4 day chance for customers to book their car and ensure they were one of the few to own the vehicle.
